I am at home in Montreal, the performer is at the eyelevelgallery in Halifax.

Live performance by telephone.

A study in long-distance ventriloquism.

A phone rings, performer picks up and she says what I say, becoming the conduit/the translator between the audience and I. A peculiar relationship is created between the one speaking and the one repeating. What I say is unscripted and meanders. I hang up a couple of times and call back.

The total time is flexible. There has to be enough time for people to get uncomfortable.
