Terms:
–
The
certificate
of
ownership,
and
specific
parameters
will
be
communicated
by
phone
only.
–
The
purchaser
may
be
involved
in
the
text
content
if
mutually
agreed
upon.
–
The
piece
can
be
changed
from
words
to
characters
(with
or
without
spaces).
If
the
latter
is
chosen,
when
a
space
is
to
be
communicated
via
the
phone
call,
it
will
consist
of
a
brief
pause.
–
If
the
piece
is
purchased
at
a
benefit
auction
it
will
acknowledge
the
cause
in
its
title,
i.e.
(for
Art
Metropole)
–
The
piece
will
start
within
one
year
of
purchase,
the
start
date
will
be
mutually
agreed
upon.
–
The
40
calls
in
40
days
will
be
consecutive
unless
an
alternate
sequence
is
mutually
agreed
upon.
–
Each
call
will
consist
of
just
one
word
per
call,
there
will
be
no
preamble
or
talk
outside
the
text.
–
If
the
call
is
not
answered
by
a
person
or
a
machine
the
words
are
recorded
and
documented
by
the
artist
but
not
redelivered.
–
Call
times
can
be
negotiated
but
not
guaranteed.
–
Calls
will
be
made
by
the
artist
or
their
designate
or
an
automated
service.
–
If
the
purchaser
decides
to
suspend
(temporarily
or
outright)
the
reception
of
the
calls,
the
piece
will
continue
until
completion
by
the
artist
but
through
recording
and
documentation
only.
–
A
call
may
not
be
made
only
in
standard
accepted
cases
of
force
majeure.
–
Copyright
of
the
work
is
retained
by
the
artist.
–
Any
public
presentation
of
the
work
arranged
by
the
artist
will
acknowledge
the
person
who
purchased
the
work
unless
anonymity
is
preferred.
–
Any
public
presentation
of
the
work
by
the
person
who
purchased
the
work
must
be
arranged
in
consultation
with
the
artist
or
his
estate.
–
The
work
cannot
be
reenacted
or
resold
without
authorization
by
the
artist
or
his
estate.
